These Corporate Governance Guidelines were approved and adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors of MDU at a meeting thereof held the 13th day of August, 2003; were amended and restated by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held the 13th day of November, 2003; were amended by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held the 11th day of November, 2004; were amended and restated by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held the 17th day of February, 2005; were amended and restated by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held the 11th day of August, 2005; were amended and restated by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 2005; were amended and restated by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held on the 16th day of February, 2006; and were amended and restated by the Board by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of August, 2006; and were amended and restated by resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 16, 2006.
