Employee Program
The company has initiated the following program to help make employees aware of their responsibility on corporate accountability issues:

Leading With Integrity: The ethics, code of conduct and legal compliance programs of MDU Resources Group, Inc. It was created April 2, 2007, through the amendment and consolidation of three previously existing programs that had been in place since the 1980s.
