MDU Resources Group, Inc. (NYSE:MDU) today reported 2011 consolidated earnings of $212.3 million or $1.12 per share. This compares to 2010 earnings of $240.0 million or $1.27 per share. The MDU Resources Group (NYSE: MDU) board of directors today increased the company’s quarterly common stock dividend to 16.75 cents per share, for an annualized dividend of 67 cents per share. The previous quarterly dividend was 16.25 cents per share. more>>
